Santa Monica Modern Estate

A modern Santa Monica beach house brought together whole-home automation, architectural sound and security. We started at the framing stage with a structured network and low-voltage pre-wire, then installed Sonance invisible in-ceiling speakers for music throughout the home. Everything — audio, video, lighting and perimeter security — runs through a single Savant system.
