San Pasqual Private Theater

This newly renovated San Pasqual home in Pasadena features a discreet, purpose-built private cinema. A motorized projector screen and projector drop from a hidden ceiling compartment, so the room doubles as a refined living space when not in use. Dedicated monoblock amplifiers drive the sound system, while Lutron lighting control and motorized blackout shades set the scene at the touch of a button.
